Donate Now to the One Community Campaign

The One Community Campaign (OCC) is the annual joint fundraising effort between each of our school’s PTOs and the Menlo Park-Atherton Education Foundation (MPAEF). The campaign funds vital programs and staff at all four schools in our district: Encinal, Laurel, Oak Knoll and Hillview. Our goal is 100% participation from all families and we encourage you to donate at whatever level is possible for you. The suggested donation is $2,000 per student - the first $250 goes to your child’s PTO and the remainder to the MPAEF. Questions? Email us at occ@mpcsd.org.

For the 2023-2024 school year, your donations help fund critical programs such as :

  • 29 teachers in art, science, music, and PE as well as a librarian at every school site. Many California schools do not have specialists trained in these fields teaching their students.

  • A long-term investment in hiring high quality teachers and supporting them with on-going professional development.

  • 40 middle school electives to choose from like music, photography, coding, robotics, and world language.

  • Cutting-edge STEM curriculum available for all students.

  • 10 psychologists and counselors plus a district-wide mental health & wellness lead to provide a mental health safety net at every school.

  • Enrichment programs including assemblies and field trips and cherished family events such as family picnics and more!
